Email components
As an extension of Multiverse’s wider design system, a comprehensive library of email components was created within Figma to support a broad range of campaign types and layouts.
Multiple variants were designed across desktop, mobile and dark mode, giving the team a consistent foundation to build from across future campaigns.

Email templates
Three core templates were created — service, newsletter and marketing — covering the majority of Multiverse’s email requirements.
Built using the component library, the templates provided a flexible structure that could be adapted quickly for different campaign needs while keeping layouts and content consistent.

Email Development
Dyspatch Integration
The Figma system was translated into responsive HTML modules and implemented into Dyspatch, allowing marketers to build emails using drag-and-drop components without needing to touch code.
This included configuring editable regions and reusable content blocks, making it much quicker and easier to create campaigns while keeping layouts and styling consistent.
The project was later featured by Dyspatch as part of a case study covering the implementation process.

Documentation
Email guidelines
A comprehensive set of guidelines was created to support ongoing use of the system across design, development and marketing teams, with the full interactive prototype available to view in Figma.
This included documentation for components, templates, spacing, typography, image sizes, accessibility and email best practices, helping ensure the system remained easy to maintain as it evolved over time.
