The migration
There were several touchpoints to consider when migrating from ATRP to BAEC – printed material, social media posts, emails, app notifications and more. As much as possible, customers had to be notified of this change and perform the migration themselves, if not, they would lose their existing Avios.
Alongside the migration, was business as usual – creative assets for website, email, print and updating old assets to the new look-and-feel.
The loyalty partner of choice in travel
With all the coming changes, a presentation was needed for employees and stakeholders about the business, how it was doing and priorities going forward. This was initially briefed in as a PowerPoint presentation but like most, these can be dull and uninspired.
Instead, I opted to create a video using After Effects. With some stock video, music and a base template to work from, the result was quick to put together and far more engaging.
Airline partners
ATRP’s airline partners; Iberia, Flybe, Vueling and Air Italy, often needed creative assets. From brochures and posters to emails and web banners – they each had their own identities and guidelines to adhere to.
